၁. NOA (Notice of Assessment) ကို မိမိ၏ SingPass သံုး၍ Online မွ ဝင္ၾကည့္လွ်င္ ၃ နွစ္စာ မွတ္တမ္းသား ေတြ႕ရမည္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ၃ ႏွစ္ထက္လြန္ေသာ နွစ္စဥ္ အခြန္စာရြက္ မ်ား သိမ္းဆည္းထားမိျခင္းမရွိပါက IRAS မွ သြားေရာက္ေတာင္းယူနိုင္ပါသည္။

လက္ရွိ (Oct 2019) မွာေတာ့ ေရွ႕ေနက ဝန္ေဆာင္က ၇၅ ေဒၚလာ ႏွင့္ SAL (Singapore Academy of Law) က ေတာ့ ေဒၚလာ ၈၀ ေကာက္ခံ ပါတယ္။ Certified True Copy လုပ္ရလွ်င္ တေစာင္ ၅ ေဒၚလာေကာက္ခံပါတယ္။ ကုန္က်စရိတ္ စုစုေပါင္း အေပၚမွာ မွ GST 7% ထပ္မံေပးေဆာင္ရပါတယ္။ နာရီဝက္ေလာက္ ထိုင္ေစာင့္ျပီးရင္ေတာ့ ေအာက္ပါ Cover Page နဲ႕ Certified True Copy (of NOA) တထပ္ကို တြဲလွ်က္သား ရရွိပါမယ္။

Interested Inventions in 2012

Well, 2012 is about to over and we need to usher a brand new 2013 in 3 hour time. It has been too long that I do not write any posts for my blog which is now quite dusty with a single post in 2012.

In fact, I have been very excited with new finding since Oct 2011 which is to prove that there is something faster than light speed. Unfortunately, it was not successful, and light traveling in a vacuum is still the universal speed limit according to Einstein's theory.

Particularly in 2012, I am interested in two inventions though there are a lot of new inventions in this year.

The first is the creation of a small, perfect white cloud in the middle of a room. The Dutch artist Berndnaut Smilde has developed a way to generate it using a smoke machine though he needs to carefully monitor the temperature,humidity and lighting.

Another invention that I am interested is Self-Inflating Tires though main idea and technology has been started introducing since 2008. Now it is specifically highlighted for Goodyear tires which can detect the pressure level in the tires. Once the pressure gets too low in these tires, an internal pressure regulator opens to allow air to flow into a pumping tube, and as the wheel turns, the flattened part helps squeeze air from the tube through an inlet valve into the tires. When the air pressure reaches to maximum allowable level in the tires, the regulator closes automatically.

There will definitely be many more inventions in 2013, and personally I wish all the inventions to be able to help the daily life of human beings and no invention of life threatening weapons to be successful.

It's Crime. It is NOT a religion clash.

During these days, I have been reading news about the clash between Arakanese which is one of Myanmar ethnics and Rohingya, illegal immigrants. What I realized is that all news agencies could not present the case to the readers around the world to have thorough understanding on this issue. Therefore, I decided to put an effort to convey the exact situation to International Communities who might have interested in this issue.

First of all, I would like to highlight that this clash is not something in between Muslim and Buddhist because all religions have been living in Burma peacefully and harmonically to date. However, after reading so many news reports, it seems all news agencies tried to give an idea like the clash is between Muslim and Buddhist. In fact, it is not about any religions, and it is just a matter of how they report. I guess there might be the reason why they reported in such a way to mislead from reality. Perhaps, they tried to extend the case in view of religions or they bought the news from unreliable sources. They themselves would be able to answer on their true intention.

Second on my list to clarify is that Rohingya is NOT one of Myanmar ethnics. Again, this is nothing to do with any religions or human rights. It is simply because they are not Myanmar ethic from the beginning. Many people might want to debate on this fact. If so, I will make myself clear by giving an example. Can I claim that Burmese is one of British ethics after staying in Britain for more than ten years or so? Furthermore, there is no county in the world who will accept illegal immigrants happily. Only Arakanese is very good in nature, and allows Rohingya to stay in their State harmonically though. I can imagine how Arakanese got angry when they (the host) were insulted by illegal immigrants in a way not acceptable by any societies.  

Since three Rohingya guys raped and killed a lady of Arakanese, this is a crime that they had committed. Arakanese should have seriously pushed authorities to take actions against such crime instead of retaliating by killing ten Rohingya guys. As a consequence, Rohingya set fire to thirty villages of Arakanese. In the end, both committed different kinds of crime.

All in all, the rule of law is the most important as it has been repeatedly highlighted by democratic icon, Daw Aung San Suu Kyi. The reason why I echo her opinion is that I am trying to get to the very beginning of Rohingya case.

How could those Rohingya cross the border line and stay in Arakanese State?

How is Immigration Authority handling on those illegal immigrants (not only Rohingya, also other illegal immigrant)?

In the long run, the population of Rohingya will also grow up. We cannot always keep them in refugee camps. I think this is something that Myanmar Government to set a proper procedure or assessment (on characters/behaviors/quality and so on) for them to be Myanmar citizens even though their country of origin is not willing to accept back. Also, I believe this is NOT something to pressurize Myanmar to accept Rohingya as citizens. If someone wishes to insist to accept them, I might need to raise a counter question, “why don’t you try on them by bringing them to your home country as your own citizen right away?”

In view of Human Rights, I agree that Rohingya need to be taken care in terms of education, health care, not to be forced labor and things like that. (Reason being a developing and poor country, personally I do not think Myanmar would be able to cover for all those requirements.) On the other hand, Rohingya need to respect the rules of the area they are staying, and local cultures.  

After all, we all human beings need to live together by taking care of one another, also respecting the rules and regulations that have been set for the territory where we are living and contributing to. That will definitely bring the peace and harmonious society for each and every one of us.

I am NOT a politician, but I have been thinking about the process of democratization in Burma. Recently I found a website which has many posts like personal attack on opposition leader Aung San Su Kyi. Then I realize there are two big groups in contradiction. On one hand, opposition party has been criticized by those people who are just trying to defame the party perhaps by earning money but doing nothing for people and country of Burma. On the other hand, the opposition party is too entrusted for political changes in Burma by those people who are always ready to agree to the decision of democratic icon, Aung San Su Kyi. It is very crucial for latter ones in case something happen to current leaders like in 1947. Consequently people will be lost and country will suffer for several decades until they find another leader. Also, it should not forget about that Aung San Su Kyi is just human being which has the chances of making mistakes for people and for herself.

So, I wanna say both groups are at two extreme ends without having valuable contribution to the process of democratization in Burma. Reason being a low education system in Burma, it is obvious that it will be too difficult to start and maintain the stability of Democracy in Burma. Basically, education is the major element for democratic political system. That might be the reason why UN ex-General Secretary U Thant didn't really believe in Democracy to start in Burma according to his articles.

In my personal point of view, we need many more trained people who have proper thinking, passion to contribute to society & country and depth & breadth of knowledge on political system which needs to be customized for our own country. We need a lot of cooperation in the process of democratization rather than just criticizing though you have your own right to do so.

Last but not least, the security of our leaders, opposition leader and the President, is really really crucial for the time being. Therefore, I would like to suggest those people who are dissatisfied with the current trend of political change to put it on the table and try to digest by discussing with those leaders in power. In turn, all authorized leaders should have open mind to discuss with any groups and/or minorities. All in all, we need to take consideration for all 60 million people together, and please try NOT to classify as minority or majority.
